thanks a lot ! well, i did use it yesterday very carefull and it was okay :)
i'll order another one on internet but for now it's okay...

i do have one other question though, dont like to talk about this, but i had one minnor minnor stoll today and it is my 4th day on the juice fast, is this normal ? or is my digestive system still not in pauze...break..;

and i still have gas too...this normal ???

(and i do still smoke, really scare it doesnt allow my fast to go good, but i cant stop for now)
