Second Liver Flush with Epson Salts mixed with Grapefruit Juice

In 1999, my doctor sent me to a specialist because of gallstones. I have an ingrained aversion to having any of my body parts removed. I had an ultra sound done, and they saw stones and sludge, and told me I had to have the gallbladder removed.

So I went home and did my grandmothers gallbladder remedy, which consisted of drinking 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup grapefruit juice before bed and upon waking in the morning. I was happy to say I passed about 75 stones.
Since then I did the flush every year and passed about 50 stones each time.

Then just a few months ago, a friend of mine found this website. Me being very open to anything that can improve my health, naturally, tried the cleanse with the epson salts.

So on July 19, 2002 I tried it.

I did not drink or eat past 2pm. Drank to horrid epson salts at 6pm, by 7:30 I'm making a track to the washroom, after the second dose at 8pm, it increased. By 10pm it had slowed down and I drank the oil/grapefruit (which does not taste as bad as some say, I mix it in a glass with a fork). By 10pm and bedtime I had passed 50 stones without the oil mixture.

At 6am I drank the 3rd round and went back to bed. By 7:30 I was on the washroom patrol again. 8am was the final dose of ES. By 10am the washroom trips slowed down, and I had passed about 400 stones to total 450 in all. Ranging in size from pea size to 1 1/2 inches (4cm). I collected most of the stones just to see how much came out. Its mass was about the size of my fist (small womans). Makes you wonder how oversized is my liver??

So the instructions say you can substitute grapefruit juice for the water in the epson salts to make it more palatable. I tried that on my second cleanse August 2, 2002. It tasted a whole lot better, but it did not aid in the elimination process. I followed the cleanse the same way as previously done. But It wasn't until I drank the oil/juice that I had to go the washroom. So 5 minutes after I laid down for the night, I was making a trail to the washroom. Which inhibits the stones from being released from the liver and gallbladder. And gave me no sleep, for this went on for 2hrs and more.

I only eliminated about 150 stones the next day.

I'll stick to the horrid epson salts and water, to get results. At least I know what to expect by doing this.

I'm going to keep this up every two weeks until I hit the 2000 mark then give it a rest for a couple of months, then start it all over. This hopefully will let all the stones work their way down.
