Can I still do a liver flush with hep c / fatty liver????

I am 37 years old I have hepatitis c DR also said have a fatty liver after i did last biopsy since I found out that I had hep c been doing everything I can to keep liver healthy I also had hyperthyroid weighted about 98lbs so did a radio active Iodine treatment must of killed thyroid because now I have hyperthyroid and gained 95lbs have little to no metabolism always tired and am anemic no doc told me I have 2 stones in gallbladder and it needs to come out kinda worried all he did was an ultrasound i need all my origins i can keep im really worried or should say scared I love life so so much to feel this tired with no get up and go....I guess what I am asking do you people that have had this done think it would be right for me to do??? any info would be so heplful Thank you Anna Tweet
