On probiotics, make sure it is good, live, both transient and colonizing and multi-strained probiotics. Different lactic bacteria works at different areas of the GI tract - need them in both the small and large (colon) intestines for effectiveness. Good probiotics will also maintain a healthy digestive system and prevent harmful and or pathogenic bacteria from returning.
