Dear Dr. Moritz I have many problems and little hope.

Dear Dr Moritz,
I am writing to you in hope of a miracle. I am 25 years old and the last 5 years have been hell for me, in fact I have been very sick the last 12 years. I have missed all my youth and adult life. I have no life, I have become secluded and bitter. I have lost all hopes in established medicine and all the so called specialists which are unable to cure me.

Lets start with the symptoms then in chronological order:

I have suffered from sinusitis almost from birth. Breath from mouth, upper jawline gets misformed because of the tounge never being there, will later developed V-shaped upper jaw.
My tonsils were removed at the age of 5, from then on I would get colds often. Heart problems and pains from the age of 6.
I had polyps removed at the age of 6.
Tested for allgeries, negative.
Around the age of 7 I had 2 amalgam fillings.
Several bouts of ear infection during the age of 6-18.
Polyps removed again at the age of 12.
From the age of 13 I got progressively worse, now my nose started to tilt (deviated septum).
From the age of 15 I started getting eye burns, sore eyes, I think this comes from the sinus infection spreading. Later on I will have to start using glasses.
Profound depressions from the age of 16, feelings of sweatiness, panicky, profound change of personality, became inward, all valued became the opposite.
Increased sensitivity to light and sounds. Difficulty sleeping. Easily irritated. Puffy eyelids.
Many bouts of sickness during hard winters of Sweden, an instance of ear infection at the age of 18 resulting in blood coming from ears.
Problems with digestion and bowels from the age of 15, infrequent, hard and dry, started developing hemeroids.
Operation at the age of 19, deviated septum and polyps. Doctor found another 'thing' in the back of my sinus obstruing passage, books another operation. Have things in my nose for a month after nasal operation to keep the septum straight. My nose enlargens quite a bit. Second operation successfull, heavy bleeding, vomit blood at night.

Feel good for the first time in many years, can breath through my nose for the first time in my life. last for a year, then the symptoms come back. Get REALLY bad, turn to a specialist, he says he cant do anything. Sick for 4 more years until another doctor books me for operation, polyps and deviated septum again. Successfull, upon the removal of the stuff in my nose which were there a week after the operation where alot of thick green mucous comes out 'I think you have an infection' presribes Cortison. For the next two years I take multiple different types of pencillin. Keeps the mucous for the while its on. Insomniac and very sick for a year, panic attacks at night, the bacteria seems to have reached my heart, heart pounds very fast, feelings of madness, after a month of daily attacks calls the mental hospital, think I am insane, they diagnose me as anxiety depression and give me pills. Eat many different pills for depressions, help to sleep, help for anxiety etc. This was a very sad year in my life specially since it hurt my family so much.

Current: Booked for another polyp removal which is so advanced they had to call in another specialist. Much problem with digestive system. Tired, depressed, seuxally impaired, weakness in bones, green thick mucoid carpet on my tounge and throat for the last 2 years, had oral sex with a woman who got vaginal fungus and dumped me. Weakness in legs and bones (could swallowing infectous bacteria for 25 years lead to Rheumatism?) Cant work, cant study, cant sleep, no appetite, almost constant stomach pains. Feelings of suicide. Heavy infection in eyes, gooey at morning, very red and bloodshot. Ears almost always hurt, as if all the infections have made something in there change so that its much more sensitive.

Only recently after a sinus washout and after reading alot on the internet have I started to see things in perspective and understood that all my problems was actually due to a sickness.
Now what Should I do? Where should I start? I want to do all the cleanse program, but since I am so congested and have hemoroids that bleed a little I am not sure I can. Where should I turn to for the enema? I am not sure I cant procure enema products here in Sweden. I am so weak that I doubt I could rebound from one of these programs. I think the 'zapper' seems to be a good thing for someone with a sinus infection, but I am doubtful whether its not a quack, also does she ship to sweden? I read an article that the Mayo instinutite had made research about sinus infection stating that fungus was found in 98% of the sample and that it was probably the cause of sinusitis and not bacteria, what do you think of this?
