i must have a lot of 'shit'on my liver to be getting myself into an online debate here as i hate to spar for any reason whatsoever...and my sarcasm sure is getting the better of me.

herbs are great. however by the time you are done with them and naturopaths ( you will go to more then one since it's best to get more then one opinion and your bill will double!) you will be broke by the time you are done...why not figure it out on your own with the help of others on this forum? we all learn...doctors make the mistake of thinking that they know everything.

why not take your health into your own hands??? because there is no one to blame but yourself? does it matter if the pain is doctor supervised or not? it is stil pain. i like to listen to my body and take care of it...not pay tonnes of cash to hear various opinions or give up my right of empowerment to a doctor (sranger) who decided what is wrong with me. naturopath or not, he/she is not sitting in my body! taking your body and health into your own hands is empowering. it requires a lot of research,discipline,strenght...there is a lot to learn.

a lot of flushers take herbs, chinese bitters,etc...but the Liver Flush is the best way, in my opinion.
