Hi, I'm not an expert on flushing -- but going on what I know of the digestive tract I think it won't matter for the stones. Because what you just "flushed" out of the digestive tract with the diarrhea was the food you'd already digested, prior to the gallbladder flush. The gallbladder function shouldn't be affected by food that's already digested, as I understand it...what triggers the gallbladder is the oil you're about to eat. So what's gone is history, no matter to the gallbladder! So you'll have a more comfortable night tonight, that's good.
In the flush I did, I got diarrhea before I ever took the oil too. I still got a strong flush, I felt it. Don't know about stones, still figuring out how people know about stones! Good luck. Tweet
