Re: Flush without epsom salts?

Hi Lori!

Do the Epsom Salts bother you? You can rest assured that the ES doesn't harm the liver or the gallbladder. It's really just a laxative like a salt water flush. (and even has some benefits when small doses are taken every day, apparently!)

Lots of people do the Liver Flush without Epsom Salts . Just substitute prune juice for the es drinks...Even though the es relaxes muscles, people who don't take it still pass lots of stones, without a problem...so don't worry about that. I think the most important reason for taking the ES is to flush the stones out after they've been released into the bowel. You don't want those toxic stinkers stickin' around your intestines for tooooo long!

Flush 'em out with prune juice...

When will you be doing your next one?
