Do you mean the actual spot at 10:30 or 2:30(depending on whose eye you're looking at), or a dark ring around the pupil?

the particular spot would be indicative of serious sinus problem, or nasal polyp.

A dark ring on the skin band means that you need to be more socially accepting of people and get more love in general(you tend to feel alone).

I am not sure what the emotional symbolism of the 'nose spot' would mean though.... Tweet
