Hi Elly,
I can tell you that it is the MSM that is helping her interstitial cystitis. My sis had a lot of pain, burning, cramping, and sometimes even blood in her urine. She has been taking it for 6-9 months now and is feeling great! She can often stop an attack by taking an extra dose now too. It took a while for that though.
