That's ok we don't have to believe everything. I did the Oxypowder cleanses so it will dissolve old fecal matter, so you don't get to see anything, so I just assume that I am clean.
I don't like fiber cleansers, I tried for 4 days, so for me it is easy to skip the whole thing. Now it would be different if I knew I would loose 20 lbs I would do it.
So get on with your liverflushing that has done wonders for me so I hope it will for you too.
