Hi Tracey,

How are you? I am going to attempt the Liver Flush this week (I think!) and was wondering if you could oh-so-kindly post the link that lists the steps in a really condensed form?

I think it went:

4:00 eat tons of chocolate
5:45 drink pop
6:00 mmmm, fries!
6:30 pray to the liver-cleansing goddess, Tracey
