5 years old Developed several brown Skin spots

My 5 years old has several tiny brown spots on his body that weren't there when he was born.
He began developing them since he was about 6 months, one here, one there.
I checked him recently, he has about 15.
Do those spots indicated copper toxicity or else?
I need your advice please.
