Ive ordered the gold coin grass tinctuer and the chanca piedra extact to help break up and soften the stones. I just received the chanca today and should receive the other soon. I'll let you know how they work.

Also washing down the lemon juice and oil with pineapple juice helps.
Fasting for two days before and one day after helps too.

I hope to make my next cleanse is more efficient with the herbs.My first cleanse was great but my second I still felt horrible. So I think my third will be better with the herbs.
