I've been looking into alkalizing foods and I'm wondering how on earth is it possible to stay alkaline while on the anti-candida diet. If you cut out fruits, you only have a vegetables (and a few other things) that are alkalizing. I'm sorry but there's no way I can eat 80% veggies. I'd die!
What do you guys do? I started taking coral calcium as a supplement. But I'd like to learn some alkalizing recipes. Any articles or books out there with good recipes for alkalizing?
