Re: The Old Testament

Great overview of the Old Testament books. The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed. Jesus is prophesied about from the very first book. People who really do a deep study of the Bible must know there is no way this book cannot be true. This book would be an impossibility for a mere man to put together. It truly has to be inspired by God. It truly has to be God's word. How exciting is that?

This is what Jesus had to say about the Old Testament. During His time on earth the only scriptures were the Old Testament. This means He was referring to the Old Testament when He said these words.

"You search the Scriptures, for you believe they give you eternal life. And the Scriptures point to me!" John 5:39 Living Bible
