Help! Does anyone know the medicine to kill pinworms?

I had a lot of anal itching in 2015. Unfortunately, in 2020 pinworms get into the nose and lungs. I often feel tightness in my chest. I've tried albendazole, bendazole, praziquantel, ivermectin (but not with food). Who knows of any other drugs that can kill bugs outside the gut? Thank you very much! Tweet
