Pls help me

Hi all I’m in need of serious help I can’t fully explain as my battery is about to die but I will charge when I get home.
But just briefly I’ve been experiencing content gas for the last 5 years it’s caused me so much stress and I’m at a point where I’m just considering ending it.
I just don’t know how to explain my symptoms and doctors will not help me they ignore me.
I went to the toilet and couldn’t have a BM like literally nothing at all I kept on pushing and pushing then it ended up with hemmorids. So then I put my finger and tried to see why I couldn’t feel any poop but I feel it it’s there it’s like it’s lost so I kept on trying to find it and eventually I did but it was far far up like behind a curve something blocking it. I’ve been diagnosed with IBS-C but my poop isn’t hard rather smooth but i ist don’t know what else to do. Hope this made sense Tweet
