Please tell me if this tracks with you- the amount of magnesium per teaspoon in magnesium sulfate is 495mg (according to the package that I have). In 4 tablespoons, that would be 5940mg total. I only took 4000mg of magnesium total (as magnesium citrate) when I did the cleanse.
Should I shoot for the equivalent in milligrams of magnesium (from mag cit) as milligrams of magnesium (from mag sul) to have the same effect as with magnesium sulfate? I don't think a volume equivalent would be at all accurate as one is crystalline and the other is powder.
My pain is unchanged after the cleanse, and I wonder if maybe the amount I took was too little to relax the ducts fully. I got lots of tiny stones, nothing even as large as a pea though. I know it is a bit much to expect big results with one liver flush, but I thought since I had been doing coffee enemas for months that my results might come a little faster than if I were more congested.
