You want to do the cutler counting rule test and use doctors data for the actual test.

Or you can do a quick and dirty test by taking about 5 to 25?mg oral dumps and see how you feel.

If any of your toxic metals come back in the zero range, as in zero toxicity, you want to pay attention as it can mean retention toxicity or complete inability to detoxify them.

I see a lot of people making this mistake because they don't know how to interpret hair tests.
