Re: What exactly is "ENLIGHTENED" about?

TIME (the age/dispensation of time has ended and is gone.....today, this is the age of eternity.

Eternity is here because God finally GAVE His spirit to be our teacher (John 7:39).
We have been adopted as SONS and are no longer SERVANTS of God.

Is "Enlightened" the skill of using the knowledge/understanding of "good/evil" properly?



....If so, God wants us to be ENLIGHTENED.


1 Kings 3:9 Give thy servant therefore an understanding mind to govern thy people, that I may discern between good and evil; for who is able to govern this thy great people?"

We are not EARTHLY Israel (the NATION), we are SPIRITUAL/holy Israel (JESHURUN) and our God is ETERNAL God.....(Deuteronomy 33:27)

WE ARE JESHURUN, the Lord’s beloved. He is the ETERNAL GOD and He ADOPTED US to be His SONS,….we are no longer SERVANTS, we are SONS IF we decide to “draw near” by accepting adoption (only then does Jesus have the ability to save us….

Hebrews 7:25 Consequently he IS ABLE for all time to save those who DRAWE NEAR to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.
Deuteronomy 33:27 The ETERNAL GOD is your dwelling place.

Hebrews 13:20 Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the ETERNAL COVENANT.

God’s spirit is today (in the JESUS DISPENSATION) properly called the ETERNAL SPIRIT.…..(on the cross, Jesus only purified THE FLESH but could not purify the CONSCIENCE, so the spirit of God
was sent to purify the conscience………..Heb. 9:14)…..

.....Jesus was satisfying the Jewish purification rites.

Hebrews 10:4 For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins
Heb 9:14 (which is symbolic for the present age). According to this arrangement, gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot perfect the conscience of the worshiper,

Hebrews 9:14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the ETERNAL SPIRIT offered himself without blemish to God, purify your conscience from dead works to serve the living God.

The motivational speakers of the pulpit are your masters (whether you realize it or not).

Many people today will simply continue to “dream dreams” of romantic and heroic fantasies and see “visions” of esoteric imaginations rather than use logic to accept truth and be serious with the Almighty.

The “sons and daughters” of this generation will not be taken seriously because everybody has gained fame by adhering to what was always TAUGHT about scripture/God.

Joel 2:28 "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall DREAM DREAMS, and your young men shall SEE VISIONS.


Many people have always satisfied their hunger for God by simply being able to “SEE” what is printed on the pages of the bible, but not CARING enough to actually UNDERSTAND/PERCEIVE what is written in scripture……they take the Lord lightly. Tweet
