Need Help - Weak and Dying

Hello. We are in dire need of some urgent guidance. About two years ago, my husband started having issues with parasites. Went to many doctors and been to many ERs and been treated as if we were mental cases. They went so far as to label him delusional and prescribe anti-psychotic medicine. I am also delusional because I've seen them too. Many blood tests and many negative stool samples later, he is in a very weakened state. Most recent trip to ER indicated he may have had a slight heart attack. He states he can smell them, feel them moving around in his body and that his heart feels like it's on fire. He is on oxygen because of COPD - or maybe because of the parasites. He's sure they have attacked his lungs and heart and we cannot find any medical professional to help him. We cannot just let him die. There is a long history behind this. He worked in a field under a vehicle with a metal grinder. Pieces of metal pierced his skin on his hands, arms, head, and chest. The pieces of metal were small and not visible on x-ray. At that time, we were told the pieces would work their way out of his body. About 8-9 months later, he started getting marks on his forearms that looked like bruises - started about the size of a dime and then in a matter of hours, it would cover most of his forearm.
The skin would become rubbery and the blood would be black if it was scratched open. (He didn't scratch it, one of our dogs did accidentally.) Then, his cuticles and fingernails started turning black like he slammed in a car door and hadn't. He then began seeing the transparent worms in his BMs. A cap of Clorox will foam up and kill what was in the stool. But they would try to get away from the Clorox. He's learned they hate hydrogen peroxide, Vicks VapoRub,rubbing alcohol and Clorox. We tried Indian herbals - garlic, Vidanga powder, bitter gourd juice and Krimikuthar Ras. This seemed to help as then the stool Clorox stopped foaming and you could see dead bodies in the stool. They attack his fingers leaving holes in multiple sides. Now, he is weak and unable to eat, he feels he is knocking on death's door and no one will help us. They are in his throat, his teeth, his nose - it seems they "morph" into other things like hairs. These are samples from his nose. Ideas and suggestions welcome. Some of my pictures look like ones I've seen posted here-would like to hear from other people about this. Now, he's getting black bugs in stool. Why won't doctors help us? Can anyone help us?
