Process of My Cured Peeling Lips

Hi everyone, I forgot the password of my previous account - twopolarbears so I created a brand new one to share with you all. I just would like to say that don't lose hope guys. It will eventually healed. My EC dated back to 2011. 2011 and 2012 were the most painful years for me as it always had yellow thick crust growing on my lips. I was so unconfident that I didn't dare socialize with other people. At the very beginning, I searched online and logged on to here daily like you guys to try to find the cure. I tried coconut oil, honey, leaving alone method, bactroban. All didn't work well. Then I went to a local dermatologist and he asked me to keep it moisturized often. While being busy with my new born babies, I finally chose vaseline lip balm which is the least sensitive to my lips and applied it from time to time. I needed to apply more often at the very beginning. But as time goes by, I can see that my lips are cured and healed now. Right now, I seldom need to use the lip balm and the lips are all good without peeling or cracking. Right now I can go to work normally, socialize normally and even I can also apply the lipstick and make up to go to party and work. So guys, don't let those crust stack on your lips. Cut it carefully. Stacked crusts will stimulate the bacteria to grow which even worsen your lips and stop the healing process. Keep it clean. Of course, ditch your habits of picking lips or licking lips. Don't touch it if you are not moisturizing it. Keep it moisturized using the lip balm that sensitize your lips the least (For me personally, Vaseline works the best). At last, trust your body. They have very strong healing ability. Don't lose hope. It will heal eventually. I have uploaded the pic of my lips in the Gallery and check it out!
