regular bowel movement the day after liver/GB flush - no change

Hi everyone,

36 year old male. Eat very clean, exercise.

I won't get into too much detail about what brought me to the point to try this liver/gb flush. I have had the following symptoms for years:

brain:
-brain fog fog... to the point where i sometimes can't even recall vocabulary
-terrible memory...
-generally feel like i have poor cognition, which i did not feel growing up

nails:
-white spots and some thickness and pitting(I think? small .. holes, almost) on my fingernails
-sometimes I get short/thin black lines

digestion:
not the best digestion, more gas than the average person i would guess. Mind feels sharpest when I'm hungry, and not digesting anything.

eyes:
-since i was young enough to remember I've had puffy circles under my eyes that are slightly purple
-purple rings around my eyes where my eyelashes come out
-purple rings on the inner most part of the eye where it meets the ridges of the nose


Anyways, i've been reading about this sort of thing for some time and decided to try it.

The day of the flush i ate only apples - around 7 i think. Drank only water. In the evening before bed i made a mixture of 2/3 cup of olive oil and 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice. Sipped it down and went to bed like 20 minutes later - around 10:30. Slept on my right side. Didn't sleep very well, but i was nervous/excited. Woke up and didn't have any toilet emergencies. Finally went at 10am and to my surprise it looked like a normal well-formed BM. Looked like maybe some small, white rice-sized somethings in there but I'm not even sure.

I was expecting more. How normal is this?
