Can anyone Identify this parasite?

Hello, this appeared in a semen sample today any ideas what it is ? It looks like some kind of roundworm cluster.They seem to be clear but theyre covered in that strange brown mucus. These were found in the patients previous sample, but I thought it was an artefact but now I'm having second thoughs any ideas ?
