Re: how many flushes did it take till you got a drastic health upgrade

Full disclosure is that I'm not 100% sure about this method being better than Epsom Salts for the following reason...

But I have done it many times as have some others and at least for me it was infinitely easier.

The reasoning behind Epsom Salts from Hulda Clark is that the magnesium sulfate stimulates bile flow. It could be that the magnesium component is for dilation and the sulfate is for stimulation - I am just guessing. This could be because sulfate is bitter, or probably there is more to it. But she and everyone that came after her are contradicting themselves because you're also supposed to fast to prevent any bile simulation. So I don't get why you want to do two opposing things. That's neither here nor there, just some interesting info.

Nausea is going to happen no matter what, no matter which magnesium you use. The sooner you move the junk out of the small intestine and then out of the colon the sooner the nausea stops.

I was taking 2 doses of about 400mg of mag glycinate. I would shoot for something similar with citrate. I strongly recommend glycinate and orotate over citrate -- that was half the point of me posting. The other half was to do this in the morning.

Wake up and have some warm liquid like tea or possibly coffee. You have to decide if you think bitters help or hinder your own flushing. I think you could probably eat something like rice porridge or oatmeal too. Do two doses of magnesium about 1-2 hours apart. Then do the oil mixture. Btw, coca cola or pepsi or fanta mixed with oil is way easier to get down. The more cleared out your gut is before the flush, the less nausea you will have.

Unless your gallbladder is spastic, the flush should be over within 5-30 minutes after you drink the oil.

The next phase is just getting the stuff out of you as fast as you can without causing harm.

You can self experiment on what the best way to do that is.

I hope you did not skip over my suggestions of beets, tudca, or taurine.

I found I could eat sweet fruits almost immediately after the oil, then a combination of some more magnesium and teas speeds things along.

Mag glycinate does not cause loose stool like Epsom Salt or citrate.

Some people use magnesium malate. I think it's a great supplement but I have no experience with it. I imagine it would be similar in effect as citrate since malate is sour as well.
