TMJ and severe aging?

can tmj make you look older, by the muscles being disorgnised and the joint out of aligment if so how do you fix these problems also does your neck muscles pull your cheek muscles tighter as i have tmj and have very very flat cheeks and have aged really badly like 5 years in 1 year with tmj, also can teeth play a role in aging short teeth.
also can tmj cause weak laxisity of the skin?
