how many flushes did it take till you got a drastic health upgrade

hi everyone. i did discover Liver Flushes initially. and i did them for a while then i stopped for a year to try new things. well im back to Liver Flushes again as i feel this is the only therapy that actually does anything lol.

my question is, how many flushes till you got drastically positive health benefits.?
And is it supposed to smell strongly of ammonia everytime you drink epson salts? or does that mean im very toxic and need to flush often?
Also is it recommend to do a coffee enema after or maybe saltwater flush?
As i get insomnia if i dont. my last flush was very successful many stones removed.
but this time i stopped cleansing after the 4th epson dose.(no coffee enema)And im having bad insomnia.
