Is this a gallstone? If it is.. why isn't it painful, and why do I feel healthy?

Hi all!
I'm wondering if anyone can help me. Lately I've been having intestinal pain and diarrhea, and then have been passing these weird things floating on the top that look like yellow earplugs. They are fatty around the outside and have some soft white but crusty thing in them. Googling seems to imply they are cholesterol Gallstones but.. can they be that big?? Why isn't it painful to pass? Can it be some parasite? Otherwise I feel very healthy and energetic! What is going on?
