Primary enteroliths most certainly can consist of precipitated bile but may also e carbonate or other salts in combination. Secondary enteroliths are from the biliary system so commonly are bile. The formation is a clue whether they are faceted or bulbous. The only certain way of knowing would be to have them analysed. I have read about white stones forming in the base of the gallbladder and there are pictures:
