Micro-particle-colloidal-silver-generator PPM and TDS

I have a new Micro-particle-colloidal-silver-generator which claims to make 5ppm CS in 3 hours. I want a stronger batch for external use so I let it run for over 24 hours. My TDS meter still reads 1-2 TDS (distilled water reads 0 at start).

Is this a problem with the generator or the meter? Is it possible the Micro particle generator makes such small particles that the TDS meter can't read? With my Sota after 12 hours I would get a grey solution with 20+ TDS, but after 24 hours this is still clear. Tweet
