please help me! what is this??

For months my skin has been getting worse and worse - I have leasions that will not heal and seem to get larger. My arms, chest, back and face are covered in scars and I feel like giving up. I thought it was Morgellons and searched high and low and in between and am still either not sure or not convinced.

I read a story a woman wrote who had all Morgellons symptoms and used straight coconut oil all day to rub out the debris until she was left with a mere fungal infection. I've been doing the coconut oil and the minute I rub it in I have black fibers or balls of goo come out. Now I have these pushing through and they hurt terribly.

Please help me identify them if you can. I have pets and I do not want to infect them. I see this debris all over the house and I feel like a horrid person and I want to protect them.
