First, no drugs of any sort while fasting, drugs are dangerous when are eating normally, 10 fold dangerous when you are fasting. You say you have done kidney cleanse with olive oil and grapefruit juice, that is a recipe for liver flush. That removes stones from your liver and gall bladder not from the kidneys.

So when you are eating, lemon water is great, take magnesium taurate everyday, and don’t get angry about the stuff that happens around you, anger is one emotion that hurts kidneys. If you drink milk and eat cheese then you need to stop consuming those foods.

Calcium and magnesium are brothers, calcium does not digest without magnesium.

One can never say how long one should fast to cure a certain malady, you should listen to your body. If you do not have pressures of our society, going to work, doing chores for family, family nay-sayers then go as far as you can with your fast.
