Help Needed with blood results

Hello All,

Can someone help interpret my blood results. My symptoms are severe hair loss, acne, fatigue, muscle weakness and memory fog. I have also been trying to conceive for over couple of years without any luck. 33 F

T4 - 6.6 ug/dL normal(4.5 to 12.0)
T3 - 95 ng/dL normal(71-180)
T3, Free - 2.7 pg/mL normal(2.0 - 4.4)
T4, Free(Direct) - 1.20 ng/dL normal(0.82 - 1.77)

TPO antibodies - 11 IU/mL normal(0-34)
Thyrotropin Receptor Ab, serum - <0.50 normal(0.00 - 1.75)

Estradiol - 38.6 pg/mL normal(12.5 - 166.0)
Prolactin - 16.9 ng/mL normal(4.8 - 23.3)

FSH - 6.8 mIU/mL
LH - 9.2 mIU/mL


Vitamin B12 - 284 pg/mL normal(232 - 1245)
Ferritin,Serum - 41 ng/mL normal(15-150)
Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy - 37.9 ng/mL normal(30.0 to 100.0)

Can someone help understand if am hypo? Doctor wants me to take half a dose of Levo 25 mg. But I'm undecided if I want to go that route.

Are there any supplements that could help me with my symptoms?
