Food odor from body

I have been suffering from this, and symptoms for about 1 year now, and still do not know the cause. really at breaking point

I am 27 yrs old

Symptoms:

Within 10 minutes of consuming food, I would emit the odor of the food, from my body (skin?) - the bigger and more pungent the food, the stronger the odor I emit
This does not seem to be from sweat, as I do not sweat much, and even without sweat I smell
My liver tests : overall it was ok, although my 'Alanine Transferase (ALT)' was a bit above the normal range (55, upper range was 50) and my bilirubin was 18 (upper range 20)
I am also frequently dehydrated, even though I try and drink water often, but end up peeing a lot
White coated tongue


I am really confused and depressed over this problem, and I have tried lots of remedies to no success
Don't know what the cause is

Any help is appreciated, and if anyone here would like to talk to me
