It means you only react to special kind of stress that day, or to the fact you did not sleep enough th night before or to something you have been eating or drinking the day before.
Write down everything you do, eat, drink, sleep, etc. Log everything.
The day you do feel smell, analyze everything you have done during the 24 hours before the smell comes.
Eliminate from your diet foods that may be triggering your smell.
Repeat it as many time as it takes to figure out what you may be reacting to.
Use your brain!!!!! Nobody else can tell you what you react to, you have to find out yourself!!!!
