Need help identifying worms in face

I pulled this worm out my face. Is anyone familiar with enough or know which it might be? I have them in my eyes as well as my entire body. My guess has been Schistosomes due to the sucking (as you can see in the video) and the flatworm shaped eggs that embed themselves in my muscles via skin entry. I’m also struggling with what I believe to be Horsehair Namatomorphq but that’s another story. For now, identification of this guy would be great.

No, I have not left the country, but was living with 2 roommates that traveled periodically when this all started. I also have autoimmune diseases/ compromised immune system with severe allergies and severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) so the strange and rare are always a factor and never much a surprise, until now. Thanks in advance to anyone with input.
