Pain/burning in breasts on Day 9 of water fast

Hello. I have been experiencing regular pain (and right now some burning) in both breasts since my fast began. I had a mammogram/breast ultrasound of the left breast on Day 3, and the pain in the right breast has increased, not quite as much as the left, though.

The radiologist said it was Birads 4, with concerning patterns of micro calcifications. In addition, I have had a clear discharge from my left nipple for about two weeks, prompting the visit to the nurse practitioner who ordered the mammogram/ultrasound to start with.

I have been cycling between despair and rays of hope. I have put a lot of faith in Water Fasting to help my body cleanse, and intend to stick with as long as I can, ideally at least 28 days. I am doing it unsupervised, as I have not heard back from True North. And it is pretty nice to be at home. Some here have said they have done extended fasts unsupervised, and they went well. That gave me confidence, too. And I felt it very important to get started right away.

So while I am hoping that the breast pain and sometimes burning are just detox, I do wonder if it is cancer spreading rapidly. My imagination runs wild, I guess. Has anyone else had these issues on a fast?
