Some questions about copper toxicity. I’ve been struggling with classic symptoms of adrenal fatigue for past few years. I’ve made some improvements for sure, but am concerned that something may be holding me back. Copper toxicity is just one of the many things I’m looking into. I suffer with bad anxiety which I understand is quite typical of those with copper issues.
How do you diagnose copper excess/toxicity? I’ve done research on this but I’m wondering how others here have determined they had this problem.
What supplements are you taking to reduce the copper?
Does cilantro lower copper?
I would appreciate any and all insights on the above questions.
