I havent misunderstood you. I realise that something has gone wrong here, but its just a case of riding it out to normalise again.
After reading your advice yesterday, I took 16,000 of vitamin E and 5,000 of C over 24 hours and I feel about 60% better, and realise my error was probably with this.
Suprisingly I havent had any reaction from E at this dose, so prehaps that is a gain I have made without realising.I was never able to tolerate any lipid supplement previously.
Reviewing my dosing calendar I dont think i was going overly fast as i did three or four rounds of ALA 12,20,33,42, always feeling much better on round. It may have been too much of a jump from 42 to 60 though.
I know the above may seem quite fast, but I did spend two years reducing my body burden by taking a food that would trigger symptoms, then relieving the symtpom with selenium, doing this each day until I could tolerate that food. And also sauna.Then i discovered Cutler.
I have been unable to get hold of any DMPSA or DMSA in the UK without them having many
additives in. So i have avoided.
I am impressed by the gains in bone density, as i didnt realise that could be something chelation could help.
