She is on day 10 today

She was already weak to begin with and since I can’t be by her side to be he caregiver, she is alone and finding it very difficult to take care of herself in the day while I am at work.

Another question... during her fasts her abdomen gets really hard and a bit bulgy... just wondering what could cause This as it seems there is no more stool inside of her.
