What flush next as feeling unwell

What should I do first a kidney cleanse or parasite cleanse. Since my first liver flush two weeks ago I have been unwell. I lost around 90 stones and had yellow bile come out till the next day when I did the enema. Felt good after that but two days later fatigue and chronic pain from fibromyalgia appeared. Today been up since 4am with bloating gas headache and mild pain in stomach. This weekend I have had some red wine and have started on bio identical hormone replacement therapy. I am having heat all up my spine as well and my chi is running around my body a lot. My kidneys are always just under normal function and in my thirties I had stones. I have UTi’s a lot due to regular coffee enemas so I don’t know wether to do a cleanse for kidneys, parasites or another liver flush. I know I should not be drinking alcohol I am going to try to stop, it’s so hard. Can someone relate to this and advise please. Tweet
