Re: Nutritional Balancing book by Dr. Larry Wilson

I do cut, chop and cook and/or freeze large amounts of veggies at a time but I find because the slow ox plan calls for 6 to 9 cups a day, you still have to do this almost every day and b/c of my fatigue, it literally takes me 2 hours at least b/c I have to keep sitting down to rest during the process. And I do eat eggs - but as Dr. Wilson states only 6 per week otherwise they damage the liver. I just find it so difficult when you are tired. Before NB, my meals took 15 minutes - rinsing, sauteeing some kale or making a salad and adding a bit of meat. But now, by the time I'm finished preparing the veggies each day and maybe trying to get in a load of laundry, I'm too tired to do the coffee enema or infrared sauna. And I live alone. If I can barely cope how does someone with a family do it. Anyway, thanks for the info. I'll keep at it.
