Re: Nutritional Balancing book by Dr. Larry Wilson

Hello Armstrong

I'm glad you've been doing this for a while. Are you also following Dr. Wilson's strict slow oxidizer program. I find most people I run across on the net are not following the the slow ox plan program. They are doing the HTMA, taking the Endomet supps but have incorporated lots of foods that are not on Dr. Wilson's slow oxidizer program such as nightshades and added fats. I have several questions about the foods - not from a scientific point of view but practical questions like: 1. how can people afford it - I spend about $ 100 Cdn a week on veggies alone (not counting the meat) and it's so expensive 2. I'm so tired but it takes energy I don't have to do this program. Just peeling, chopping and cooking vegetables each day - even if I prepare 3 meals is exhausting. 3. On top of this the time and energy to do the coffee enema, meditation and infrared sauna. How do you manage? Do you have any tips or advice? Thank you.
Katie
