Not sure what I have :(

I've been having diarrhea for like the last 4 days, this white clear stool started last night, prior to that it was loose watery darker color stool. The only type of medication I've taken is Immodium and Prednisone.

Anyone have any idea what I might be experiencing? Some of the symptoms I have had experienced since I started having this episode was initially it was just alot of BMs, then it got better for a day then don't know happened it got worse. I've been eating a BRAT diet.

And then the last couple of days I noticed in the morning I drink water or anything I feel like I will throw up and my stomach feels uncomfortable. And then finally lat night the bms started to be like that, no blood or anything that I can remember of.
