Hello,

I have completed my first day of water fast, which I am doing strictly for weight loss. My question is can I drink senna tea during this Water Fast if it will in any way increase my weight loss?

Couple of other questions.
1. Can I run during fast?
2. Ho much water should I be drinking a day? Can I add lemon to it?
