Re: Unknown cause of severe fatigue/muscle loss for the past 4 years. Symptoms started immediately after dramatic diet change, but have not gone away

Thanks for the response. Yes I have test results from the er and from my lab tests I have gotten. The er test was extensive and everything checked out normal except for a slightly elevated tsh of 3.95 which could have been because I was stressed. My protein levels were also very good. I've looked at the results and tried to find anything abnormal but can't.

I just had another thyroid panel/adrenal saliva/ iron panel done and everything was great. Iron/serum iron/ ferritin etc/ were spot on with optimal ranges and dhea/saliva cortisol was good again but my thyroid panels seem slightly off. I'm within range but not in the optimal range for some things according to sources. My rt3 is high at 23 and tsh is 2.2. Tpo antibodies are 10 and anti tg antibodies are less than 1. Free t3/t4 are good. Gonna get an ultra sound on thyroid bc I think it could be hashimotos or something
