Help me identify these.

Can someone help me out here.

I passed this Monday. I will remind you I have not had pasta in over a month. Doc thinks I could have roundworms in my jejunem or ileum that alluded tests. I have UC but usually dormant or mild. I've had a bad 17 month flare that is unresponsive to treatment,and we are thinking their presence is causing an immune response. I haven't gone to gym since surgery in march, and still overeat. But have not gained a pound since. Tweet
