Mirena Ms Symptoms Worried

I had a mirena coil inserted when I was 18 and had it the full 5 years and had another inserted at 23 , im now 26 and had that one removed on the 21st of July. I never thought I'd had any issues with my mirena and my only reason for removal was that my partner and I would like to start trying for kids . However I'm now starting to notice pins and needles in my hands and feet . A tight feeling in my right leg like it might cramp but isn't there yet. I made the horrible mistake of googling and was hit with a lot of results for MS . I'm now absolutely terrified as most of the symptoms fit me especially utis, pins and needles and heavy anxiety. Staying calm I took a chance on looking up mirena with ms and the mirena crash and now I'm praying that it's all down to the mirena and will fade soon and I'll be healthy again .
