Fibroids and fibroadenomas

Hello, I am trying to shrink a fibroadenoma I have ... I also have uterine fibroids (think genetic).
I heard Iodine can help but somebody told me that if you do T have problems with your thyroid and you take Iodine you may get hashimoto ? Is that correct information?

I would love to try Iodine but I am scared.
I am also trying to get pregnant and have been trying for 2 years.
Tests were fine, basic thyroid test was fine also.

Is iodine safe while trying to conceive?
I also have hydronephrosis caused by a congenital kink in my ureter ... so I try not to irritate my kidneys although I also have a UTI with no symptoms that has been with me for 2 years, these cute enterococcus bacteria made home in my bladder and don't want to leave, would love to kick them out a D tried tons of things but they always come back.
